This letter is to confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle mentioned above and that you have authorized us to proceed with the repossession process of the assigned collateral.

Furthermore, by signing this agreement, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Mauck Recovery harmless from any claims, demands, damages, liability, causes of action, actions, judgments, awards, fines, penalties, costs, expenses of any kind and nature whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from your acts or omissions in connection with referring assignments to Mauck Recovery. This includes any cases where your client does not hold the right to repossess the collateral. The only exception is if Mauck Recovery is solely responsible for any negligence or misconduct. Under this agreement, you are obligated to defend and/or pay for the defense of Mauck Recovery in any legal proceeding.

We will keep you informed of our progress on a regular basis. If there are any changes in the status of the account while we are servicing it, please notify us in writing, so we can suspend or change our current activity immediately.
