Picking up personals

Please bring key, a box/bag (to place your items in) and show a valid ID. The key will stay with the car until you get it back.

You will sign that you are taking ALL your personals including your license plate.

Only owners of the vehicle can retrieve items unless a release form from the lien holder has been sent. 

To organize your items, you can use the public parking area once items have been picked up.  Please do not do it while in the lot.

A second appointment will be charged $25 admin fee, so please get everything you want on the first visit.

  A confirmation text will be sent one hour before the appointment time with the address and fees due.

***You have 30 days from the day of repossession to retrieve your personals.

Only person who is named on the release can pick up vehicle.

We will not know what your fees are until we get the lender release.
